How do SMS notifications work?

On Plus and Pro plans, you can send appointment reminders and notifications via SMS at 12ct per message. You configure templates and timing - messages are sent automatically. WhatsApp is also supported at the same rate.

Can I add more users or locations on the Pro plan?
